All prices reflect the market value at the time of listing and may change without prior notice.

For certain timepieces, including limited or high-demand models, the final price may be confirmed at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept potential market fluctuations in value.

3. Product Authenticity and Guarantee

All watches sold by The Art Watches are guaranteed to be authentic and are inspected prior to sale.

A certificate of authenticity is provided where applicable, along with warranty details.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches or discoloration

• Water damage where the watch is not specified as water-resistant

4. Special Orders

Certain items are considered special orders, including:

• Watches sourced upon customer request

• Limited or exclusive pieces not held in regular stock

• Consignment or third-party sourced timepieces

All special orders are final. They are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Exchanges

General Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time.

Conditions

Items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include original packaging and all accessories

• Be returned within the agreed timeframe

Inspection

All returned items undergo a strict inspection by a qualified watch specialist.

This ensures the watch has not been worn, opened, altered, or tampered with.

The inspection process may take up to 15 business days from receipt.

If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will be declined and sent back to the customer.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a return has been approved.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

In assessing any refund, The Art Watches may consider the condition of the returned item, inspection results, and current market factors where appropriate.

Any transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or payment processing charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or required by applicable law.

Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Pre-owned or consignment watches

• Special order items

• Watches purchased at a special or discounted price

• High-value watches priced above USD 200,000

All such purchases are considered final.

7. Shipment and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

Customers may choose to collect their order directly from our store or request delivery.

Within Dubai, we offer same-day delivery, subject to order time and item availability.

For other areas within the UAE, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

International delivery time is estimated at 5–10 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, shipping provider, customs procedures, or other external factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Responsibility for Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal, shipping, and contact details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for issues or additional costs arising from incorrect information.

9. Payment

All payments are processed securely.
