At The Art Watches, we aim to provide a transparent and secure purchasing experience.

General Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time.

Return Conditions

Items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include all original packaging and accessories

• Be returned within the agreed timeframe

Inspection

All returned items undergo a strict inspection by a qualified watch specialist.

This ensures the watch has not been worn, opened, altered, or tampered with.

The inspection process may take up to 15 business days from receipt.

If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will be declined and sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in approved cases and in accordance with applicable laws.

The condition of the item, inspection results, and market factors may be considered when determining the refund amount.

Transaction fees, currency conversion costs, and payment processing charges may be deducted where permitted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Pre-owned or consignment watches

• Special order items

• Watches purchased at a special or discounted price

• High-value watches priced above USD 200,000

All such purchases are considered final.
