Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received, verified, and approved.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and any required security verification.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

UAE Delivery

Customers may choose between in-store collection and delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

• Dubai: Same-Day Delivery may be available depending on order time, payment verification, and product availability.
• Dubai: Next Business Day Delivery.
• Other Emirates: 2–3 Business Days.

For selected high-value purchases, secure hand delivery may be arranged within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman.

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Customs authorities or the shipping carrier may contact the customer directly to arrange payment of any applicable charges before delivery can be completed.

The Art Watches has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary between countries and jurisdictions.

Delivery Verification

To ensure the security of our customers and their purchases, identification may be required upon collection or delivery of certain orders.

Recipients may be asked to present:

• A valid Emirates ID, Passport, or other government-issued identification.
• The order confirmation email or order number.

The Art Watches reserves the right to refuse collection or delivery if satisfactory identification cannot be provided.
