Watch Service Policy

Effective from: 1 January 2025

At The Art Watches, we provide professional watch servicing with a focus on precision, care, and discretion.

General Service

We offer maintenance, repair, and servicing for a wide range of timepieces, including customer-owned watches.

All watches are handled by experienced specialists using appropriate tools and procedures.

Service Assessment

Each watch is inspected before any service is carried out.

A service recommendation and, where applicable, a cost estimate will be provided prior to proceeding.

No work will be completed without customer approval.

No Guarantee

Due to the nature of pre-owned and externally sourced watches, we do not provide a guarantee on service outcomes.

While we aim to deliver the highest standard of workmanship, we cannot guarantee performance, water resistance, or long-term durability after service.

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing defects or hidden damage

  • Wear and tear due to age or prior use

  • Damage resulting from previous repairs or non-original parts

  • Water resistance unless explicitly tested and confirmed

By submitting a watch for service, the customer acknowledges these limitations.

Service Time

Service timelines may vary depending on the condition of the watch, required work, and parts availability.

Estimated timelines will be communicated, but exact completion dates cannot be guaranteed.

Pickup and Delivery

Within Dubai, we offer complimentary pickup and return delivery for watch servicing.

Watches may be collected from the customer’s location and safely returned after service.

Customers may also choose to deliver and collect their watch directly at our store.

Delivery and Collection Requirements

For security purposes, valid identification (passport or Emirates ID) must be presented at the time of collection or delivery.

Order or service confirmation must also be shown.

We reserve the right to refuse handover if verification requirements are not met.

Uncollected Items

We request that serviced watches be collected within a reasonable timeframe after completion.
